Felicia Captain is an authority in the fields of law, real estate and restaurants. A graduate of Simmons College, her first degree was a BA in Political Science and International Relations. From there, she received her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law. Upon becoming a member of the Massachusetts Bar, she established her own law practice specializing in real estate law, criminal defense and family law. Felicia also was a trial attorney and operated her law office for 12 years. Upon returning to the United States in 2010 after living abroad, Felicia secured her residential and commercial broker’s license and actively sells residential real estate. A native to Massachusetts, she is an authority with the real estate market in Boston and the greater metropolitan area. In addition to the above, her breadth and depth of expertise also extends, and was applied to the restaurant industry, where she was instrumental in the success of her family’s multi-unit restaurant business. This experience includes, but is not limited to: real estate acquisition, site selection, and lease negotiations. The unique combination of her legal, restaurant and real estate expertise allows her to serve the needs of MK-Global Hospitality Group’s clients seeking to penetrate the market in the United States.
